Qeno is a small, independent shop. One person builds every template, answers every email and processes every refund.

Why these templates

Most budget templates assume one steady paycheck, one person and one simple goal. Real money is messier: income that changes every month, bills shared with a partner who earns more or less, several debts at different rates. Each Qeno template handles one of those situations well, instead of trying to be everything.

How they're made and tested

• Built as normal spreadsheets with ordinary formulas: no macros, no scripts, nothing that connects to the internet.
• Before release, every formula cell is recalculated and scanned for errors, both with sample data and blank. Across the three paid templates that's over 37,000 formula cells, with 0 errors.
• The debt planner's payoff schedule was checked against a separate, independent calculation and matched within a cent.
• Files are tested in Google Sheets and LibreOffice, and use only functions that exist in Excel 2010 and newer.
• AI tools helped draft formulas, layout and text. Every file was then reviewed, tested and edited by hand before release. We'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.

What we don't do

• No subscriptions and no upsells inside the files.
• No cookies, analytics or tracking scripts on this website.
• We never sell or share your email address.
• We don't give financial advice. The templates help you see your numbers; the decisions are yours.

Why we sell here, not on a marketplace
