Terms of sale and use
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a Qeno template. Qeno is operated by PLACEHOLDER_BUSINESS_NAME.
1. Digital products
Templates are digital files (.xlsx) delivered by download through Gumroad. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are shown in USD; any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout.
2. Licence
When you buy a template you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own household budgeting, including sharing a working copy with the people in your household. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or upload the files (or modified versions of them) as templates for others. The free Simple Monthly Budget is under the same licence.
3. Refunds
See our refund policy: a full refund within 30 days of purchase on request.
4. Not advice
Our templates and guides are general educational tools. They are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and results depend on the numbers you enter. Payoff and interest figures are estimates (for example, monthly interest is estimated as balance × APR ÷ 12) and may differ from your lender's figures.
5. No warranty and limits
We test our files carefully, but they're provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
The templates, images and text on this site are owned by PLACEHOLDER_BUSINESS_NAME. Short quotes from the guides with a link back are welcome.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of PLACEHOLDER_STATE_AND_COUNTRY, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
