Privacy policy
This policy covers this website and the Qeno email list. "We" means PLACEHOLDER_BUSINESS_NAME, which runs Qeno.
What this website collects
Nothing by itself. This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. It's a set of static pages. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse, under its own privacy policy.
If you join the email list
When you request the free budget, we collect your email address. We use it to send you the file and occasional budgeting tips and product news (about twice a month). Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Your address is stored with our email provider, which processes it on our behalf. We never sell or rent your email address.
If you buy a template
Checkout happens on Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment details and email to process the order and deliver the file, under Gumroad's privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details from Gumroad so we can support you and issue refunds. We never see your full card number.
Your spreadsheet data
The numbers you type into our templates stay in your own Google Drive or on your own device. The files contain no scripts and send nothing to us.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time: email hello@your-domain.example. We keep order records as long as tax law requires, and email-list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
